Since its inception in 1974, the services rendered by NEPCA have continued to expand and presently include education, labor relations, business and legal counsel, practical training, informational archives and personal services all geared to make your business more competitive. NEPCA acts as a bargaining agent with various trade agencies and is proud of a 25-year record of peacefully resolving collective bargaining agreements.

What follows is a list of some of the special services that are available to NEPCA members. We wish to point out that this list is not all-inclusive and that the organization is constantly responding to its members’ requests for new services.

1. Plan room hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

2. Copying machines available for copies, specifications, addenda and bulletins.

3. XEROX 3030 Blue Print Copier, for larger amounts and quicker service on the reproduction of blue prints.

4. Architect, engineer and owner’s cooperation.

5. Complete plans and specifications on various projects.

6. Reservation of plans and specifications on various projects.

7. Joint venture with F.W. Dodge Division. Dodge Scan Machine available.

8. A weekly newsletter of plans expected, plans on file, addenda, bid results and specific NEPCA information.

9. Notice of addenda and/or bulletins on projects.

10. Additional plans and specifications that might be of interest to individual members are available upon request.
